4.4 pc755 will never contact you by email, phone, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from pc755 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.5 pc755 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, including where you have voluntarily disclosed your credentials to a third party.
pc755 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA bank transfer, BRI bank transfer, BNI bank transfer, Mandiri bank transfer, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may be updated by pc755 from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your account balance following confirmation of receipt. Bank transfer deposits typically confirm within 1–5 minutes during business hours. E-wallet deposits confirm instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits confirm after the required number of network confirmations.
Withdrawal requests are processed only to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified pc755 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Before processing any withdrawal, pc755 may require completion of KYC verification (see Clause 9). Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending until all required documents have been received and approved.

pc755 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals denominated in IDR via local bank transfer or e-wallet. Cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the Player and are deducted from the withdrawal amount at the prevailing network rate. pc755 reserves the right to introduce transaction fees on specific payment methods with a minimum of 14 days' notice published on the Platform.
All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be directed to a payment account registered in your own legal name. pc755 will reject any withdrawal to a third-party account and may suspend your account pending investigation if a third-party deposit is detected.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, the following general bonus conditions apply:

7.2 All bets placed on pc755 are final once confirmed. pc755 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances set out in the sportsbook rules (e.g., event cancellation, void markets).
7.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed error that results in an incorrect odds display or game outcome, pc755 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. pc755 is not obliged to honour bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect as a result of a technical error.
7.4 pc755 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to suspending markets during live events or applying individual account betting limits.
7.5 Winnings from mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets and other combination wagers are calculated in accordance with the odds applicable at the time each selection is confirmed. Any leg of a combination bet that is voided will result in that leg being treated as a push (odds of 1.00) for the purposes of the overall payout calculation.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pc755 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Players found to have engaged in such activity will be permanently banned, their balances forfeited, and their details shared with industry fraud prevention databases.

12.2 pc755's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 pc755 shall not be liable for failures or delays in the provision of services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet disruptions, force majeure events, third-party payment provider outages, or regulatory interventions.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pc755's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 pc755 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a notification on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 The version of the Terms published on this page carries the effective date shown at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting our support team. Any outstanding balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal procedures and subject to completion of KYC verification.
14.1 You may close your pc755 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC and provided no suspicious activity flags are outstanding.
14.2 pc755 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pc755 holds its operating licence. pc755 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pc755's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
15.3 pc755's internal complaints procedure is initiated by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pc755 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final written response within 14 days of receipt.
15.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
